To engage other members:

3. Private message them and get to know them 1on1. Find out their likes and dislikes. Soon as you find a common ground, conversations will overflow with new topics.
4. Do things together as a guild, like quests, pvp, arena
5. Invite them to the forum and introduce him/her to others or on the chatbox
6. Invite them to chat on MSN or voicecom
7. Treat them like a friend and they will do the same.

-prada I see, they know everyone in the guild cus since there are so many new members its more like im a new memeber if anything. like honestly there is like 9 people online that all know each other and are new members and then theres me. and im like "hey guys whats up ? whatcha doing ?" and then some other guy says "hi" and theres a full blown conversation | |
