Any News on Server?

Really is there any News on this M4ALL? im really about to leave it and find another server... cause it was down for like a week looking for a new host now they foudn a new host and after like 3 days they down again... Im starting to think this server might actually be biting the dust .. If anyone gets news let me know til then ill be playing a few other games...

K today i was on irc some guy with @ there n he sed:
15:51 @KaNNis • once the host gives us access back its gonna be up
15:52 @KaNNis • They think we are sending some packets they arent supporting
15:53 @KaNNis • or the server was on such a high load

no? why the heck we need new server this 1 just got hosting issues i liked this server even if it got some bugs but still its kool

i dont think out there is a less bugged, more stable server than m4a except retail

sorry, but this is a fixed workflow. If you can't find the reason of the attack we
can't reactivate the server. This is also definite in our Terms.
You talk at moment with the leader of the networkdepatment. It is my job to decide
about the unblock of the server.
We don't have any explain about the attack of the server from you. To example it
is possible to boot the server in the rescue to investigate the server. But we
can't reactivate the OS there is infected.
I can give you a last offer. We boot the Server in the rescue systen. After this
we unblock the Server and you can study the system. If the server run again a
attack, we block the server again. But after the second block we only unblock the
server if it is reinstalled.

I have been trying to explain you that there is no problem.
1) We already researched the machine via the LARA console and found nothing
2) the server OS is not infected
3) the server never attacked any server or clients
4) we run a very big gameserver that generates lots of traffic + packets (TCP)
We think you guys have it wrong with the UDP packets, those packet should
have been TCP packets and generated by our gameserver.
I'm willing to let a specialized security company make a full audit of the server
since you are clearly are not believing my research on it, the costs for hiring this
security company will be 100% for Hetzner.
Alternatively I can do the audit myself, but I expect that the results will be exactly
the same as yesterday.
So yes please boot the server in rescue mode, so we or that security company
can start studying it (again), and then we can atleast also get a backup of our data.

well it means that we will have server online soon... just idk for how long
